Incentive for Voluntary Departure Happy Return Voluntary returnees subject to re-employment can take special Korean language test. The test is conducted at CBT (Computer Based Test) center in home countries every quarter for voluntary returnees who want to re-enter. Applicants subject to re-entry are selected separately for prior job application and certification. Designated job matching service is provided to those qualified e.g. working for at least 1 year for the last employer. Local job training is exempted. The privileges are given to voluntary returnees subject to re-employment. Workers should not have changed their workplace during their employment term. Workers of agricultural, livestock & fishing industry (workplace with up to 30 employees) (50 employees for “Root Industry”) Labor contract for at least 1 year after re-employment is required. Korean language test and job training (before/after entry) is exempted. Re-entry Process ① – Special Korean Language Test Re-entry Process ② – Privileges for Good Working Record 3+3 or 3+2 yrs of employment ⇒ Voluntary departure ⇒ 3+2 yrs of employment is allowed
