Here’s why I chose Kaiser for my medical needs at age 25: I liked their Web site. You can choose a primary care physician and OB/GYN by location, gender, and bio. It was easy to set up appointments over the phone and via the Internet. They have a 24-hour Advice Nurse phone line, helpful if your parent is not “just a phone call away”. You can non-urgent messages to your doctor. The Kaiser Web site will you when test results are available online.

At age 29, here’s why I know Kaiser was the best decision I ever made:

When you ask people to go outside of the mainstream, they take a risk. So there has to be some important reward for taking that risk or else they won't take it.
