Inspections on Private Property In April 2010, Council will commence follow-up inspections on developments The aim of the inspection is to ensure that developers re- plant appropriate trees / shrubs as outlined in their development consent and / or retain the trees on the property. Breaches of the consent will be dealt with in accordance with legislative requirements
