Tree Management Working Party 3. Tree Preservation Reserve Since its implementation in 2006, Council has collected $94,000 in development application fees (equating to $1,500 per month) Council has spent $20,000 of these funds on the following projects: Gloucester Road Belmore Road

Tree Management Working Party 5. Inspections on Private Property In April 2010, Council will commence follow-up inspections on developments The aim of the inspection is to ensure that developers re- plant appropriate trees / shrubs as outlined in their development consent and / or retain the trees on the property. Breaches of the consent will be dealt with in accordance with legislative requirements
