13 Colonies Project Step 1. Pick a partner. Step 2. Pick a colony. (Virginia Massachusetts New Hampshire New Jersey New York Maryland Rhode Island Connecticut Delaware North Carolina South Carolina Pennsylvania Georgia) Step 3. Research your colony. (You may use the textbook or a reputable website) Step 4. Make a four slide PowerPoint presentation about your colony. Grading 20 Points: Information (amount required and quality) -10 points Class Participation -5 points Creativity/Neatness -5 Points

Slide Information Slide one should be a title slide with the colony name and the group members names. Slide two should contain 2 interesting facts and at least one graphic. Slide three should contain the type of colony it was (proprietary or royal?) and another graphic. Slide four should contain a picture of the colony itself and 2 more facts. Slide five should contain 1 multiple choice questions about your colony.
