What is Title I, Part A? Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act provides financial assistance to schools and districts with high percentages of children from low-income families. Title I, Part A funds are provided to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards. Sec of Title I, Part A Sec of Title I, Part A mandates Parental Involvement requirements.
