University Student Initiatives Fall 2006 Freshman Class Largest class in ASU’s history – 9,052; a 7% increase from the Fall 2005 class, a 33% increase since 2002 and a 109% increase since Thirty-two percent of the resident freshman class are students of color (140% increase since 1996).
