Producing the Perfect CoPE Folder Some helpful hints for students and staff

1. A good folder should contain… A completed Assessment Checklist signed by candidate & tutor Your Purple CoPE Book A series of PLAN DO REVIEW sheets for each of the 6 skills (OP, PS, WO, LP, R, D) Supporting evidence for the challenges associated with each assessment unit (set of PDR sheets) Evidence that you have achieved at least 12 credits in total A completed Assessment Checklist signed by candidate & tutor Your Purple CoPE Book A series of PLAN DO REVIEW sheets for each of the 6 skills (OP, PS, WO, LP, R, D) Supporting evidence for the challenges associated with each assessment unit (set of PDR sheets) Evidence that you have achieved at least 12 credits in total

2. Taking the folder apart Every Section C Challenge has to be described in box provided. Mention the SKILL you are developing as well as the ACTIVITY …and make sure your tutor has signed and verified it
