Our Mission is to assist and empower people with disabilities and their families to seek quality and satisfaction in their lives as well as equal access to supports and services. We Believe that all people have a right to live a happy and meaningful life… A Vision Grounded Firmly in the Community.

Part of the PA Community of Practice: Supporting Families throughout the Lifespan Working with the Office of Developmental Programs to develop curricula Teach families to envision a good life, using the lifespan tools, and to see supports and services in a new way

Network of Family Advisors across the state to help families: –Connect with one another –Support mentoring relationships –Identify community resources –Develop a Vision for the future
