INTRODUCTION  AIMED TO PROVIDE PROTECTION  IT DOES NOT ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS TO OPEN THE DOOR  MOST OF THE SYSTEMS OFFER PASSWORD PROTECTION WHICH IS QUITE COMMON AND EASILY STOLEN  WE HAVE SCRATCH CARDS AND RF ID CARDS TO IDENTIFY THE USERS  WE ARE NOW GOING TO SEE A ANEW TECHNOLOGY WHICH HAS STILL MORE BENIFITS

FUNCTIONAL DISCRIPTION MEMS(Micro electrical mechanical system) It is Micro fabricated system with electro mechanical system MEMS is a class of systems that are physically small these systems have both mechanical and electrical components MEMS represent an extraordinary technology that promises to transform industries and drive the next technological revolution

I MPLEMENTATION OF M E M S  MEMS can be operated in three directions basically x-axis, y-axis, z-axis in both positive and negative directions  But we will be using this only in two directions in this application namely x & y directions  When the MEMS is in its original position it takes an voltage of 2v.  When we move it in positive x direction the voltage is greater than 2.5v.

When it is moved in negative x direction it takes an voltage of less than 2.5v We prepare code for particular voltages and dump the code into ADC If the code is matched the instruction will be sent to relays The relay will run and make the door to open If the code is not matched it activates buzzer and alarm

BLOCK DIAGRAM

DESCRIPTION OF BLOCK DIAGRAM  MEMS PROCESSOR  ADC  MICRO CONTROLLER  LIMITING SWITCHES  555 TIMER  POWER SUPPLY  DC MOTOR  RELAYS  BUZZER  ALARM

CIRCUIT DIAGRAM

A PPLICATION OF MEMS  Used in home appliances, wireless technology, telecommunication  Used for physically enabled people  Consumer applications like calculators, laser printers, musical instruments  Industrial automation  Medical applications

ADVANTAGES  Small size of MEMS is attractive for many applications because feature sizes are typically as small as 1 micrometer  Other advantages include the on chip integration of electromechanical system  MEMS fabrication technology allow parallel fabrication  Using MEMS reduction in the manufacturing cost and improvement in reliability

DISADVANTAGES  It is very small to trace out

CONCLUSION  The project work investigate the code through invisible devices for opening a door is designed and developed successfully  Since it is a proto type module, a single module is constructed, which can be used for many applications in highly confidential areas.  In this project we use artificial intelligence for the safety or security of a system.
