Is the right team in place to execute the plan? Do they have the right industry experience & background? Have members of the team had entrepreneurial successes before? TEAM Are both short-term & long-term projections included? Are projections realistic? Were funding scenarios detailed? FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS Are milestones provided? Does plan detail key metrics to be measured? Have key assumptions been addressed? NEXT STEPS
