PREP Program 4 Began in May, 2015 with In Custody programming Expanded to the PREP Center in August, 2015 Partnership between Probation Department, Sheriff’s Department and SCOE Class Offerings in Cognitive Behavioral Education, Pre- Employment, Money Management, Drug / Alcohol Education Current Enrollment & Demographics

Out of Custody Program Individualized Case Service Planning Based on Assessments, Supervision Conditions, Client Interests Phased-based Programming Program Intake & Orientation; Risk / Needs Assessments; Individualized Service Plan (“Passport to Success”) Development Foundational & Individual Classes; Workshops; Referrals Personal Life Plan; Continuing Education and/or Employment Services and Community Bus passes; Shuttle; Food; Clothes & Suits Closet; Computer Lab Culture of Success & Feedback Loop (Client of the month, satisfaction surveys) 6
