PREP Program Model 3 Wrap-Around Life Skills; Education; Treatment; Employment; Referrals Individualized Individualized case service plan; client centered Phase-Based Sequential program; build foundation / relationship at entry Partnerships Create environment where partners can function effectively with us – “One Stop” Cutting Edge Current and Relevant Evidence Based Practices; High “Dosage”; 80% attendance; risk level classification; morning and afternoon classes offered
