Local SWOT analysis: Internal factors positive factorsnegative factors Strengths/SWeaknesses/W Relatively good local road infrastructure, in the process of modernization; Public transport coverage relatively well defined (tram and bus lines), which facilitates access and mobility; Projects under way to materialize in the field of urban regeneration (especially in the historic center); Prospective greenfield still undefined in the absence of zoning plans for installation of new enterprises; Economic fields with underdeveloped value added; Formal areas insufficiently covered, especially qualitatively (eg civil engineering);

Local SWOT analysis: Internal factors positive factorsnegative factors Strengths/SWeaknesses/W Relatively good recreational facilities (Olympic complex, swimming pools, tennis courts and football fields and gyms, fitness centers, bowling, squash, etc, zoos, cinemas, clubs and restaurants); Positioning of the Crisul Repede river, which crosses the city and has the effect of increasing the attractiveness of the natural life; Lack of business incubators to enable a better development of small and medium business sector; Hotel space undeveloped numerical and qualitative; Lack of specialized services (International Business Center, Exhibition Center, etc.);

: Local SWOT analysis: External factors positive factorsnegative factors Opportunities/OThreats/T Integrated metropolitan development program (portfolio of viable projects for ); Oradea-Brasov highway, Oradea- Arad highway, Oradea-Satu Mare and Oradea-Deva express roads, the basic connectivity with national and pan-European corridors development (R and TEN-TEN-T).
