Three Nutrition Guides The U.S. government has developed three nutritional tools to help Americans make wise food choices: Dietary Guidelines for Americans Food Guide Pyramid Nutrition Facts Panel

The ABCs of Nutrition The Dietary Guidelines for Americans are recommendations about food choices for all healthy Americans age two and over. The booklet has three sections, labeled A, B, and C: Aim for fitness Build a healthy base Choose sensibly
