In the production process starting and packaging materials are verified as per the control and tests schedule. Sachets Sachets used for powders are produced with the use of a horizontal sachet making machine (flat sachets from 60 mm x 90 mm (Zipper) to 130 mm x 180 mm and Doypack type sachets) and a vertical sachet making machine (sachets from 100 mm to 160 mm). Capsules Hard gelatine or cellulose capsules used for a wide range of encapsulated materials: powders, granulated product, herbs, micro pills, pellets. We use capsules in size „0”. Bottles Bottles are intended for fluids. Round or rectangular bottles of a capacity of 10 ml to ml may be made of glass or plastic. Bottles may be packed in a unit cardboard packaging boxes. Dietary supplements / Food / Healthy food

Pills Non-coated or polymer coated pills used for packaging dry forms, enable to provide an active substance the most precisely and enable to release an active substance in different sections of the alimentary canal. Tea sachets Dietary supplements / Food / Healthy food Used to package tee and herbs. A sachet of 45 mm x 60 mm with an octagonal hanger of 28 mm x 32 mm is made of non-thermally welded two-chamber cellulose. Thanks to an innovative technology employed, the sachet is free from any external materials such as adhesives or metal fasteners. Sachets are packed in welded envelopes and unit boxes.

Vials Vials are intended for fluids. Vials of a capacity of 10 ml are made of transparent or orange glass with a plastic caps. Vials are packed in blisters and unit boxes. Dietary supplements / Food / Healthy food

Tubes and jars Tubes and jars are intended for packaging gel, emulsion and cream. PE and PP plastic tubes may be from 25 to 50 mm in diameter. Plastic jars (e.g. airless type jars) are intended for packaging any fluid of any viscosity. Available doses are up to 350 g. Cosmetics

Bottles Bottles are intended for fluids, also of high viscosity (e.g. shampoos). Plastic bottles of a capacity up to ml and up to 90 mm in diameter. Bottles may be packed in a unit cardboard packaging boxes. Cosmetics
