SMB Mandate The SMB-SE Group is responsible to provide, to operate, maintain and to renovate the civil engineering infrastructures and the technical services for the tertiary part of the organization. The abovementioned responsibilities include all phases from design and construction to operation and maintenance of complete built assets. 2

Seize the opportunity to increase efficiency through supporting tools integration allowing automated control, scheduling and quality management in the overall execution of the technical services (converge to a common ERP solution with FAP and IPT). 18
