e5 Instructional Model

Fundamentally Is a shared view of Highly Effective Practice and what makes a Highly Effective Teacher Focuses on what the Teacher is doing with the Student.. not to the student Has Multiple Entry Points and Each School Culture Will Determine Which Entry Points are Best Makes Connections with Teachers Current Practice Informs current DEECD models Is Not an Add On but rather Embedding Current Teaching Strategies Calls for Teachers to go in and out of the e 5 phases throughout a lesson e5 Instructional Model

Keys To Success & Sustainability Leadership Learning Walks that promote dialogue about Teaching and Learning When presenting the e5 Model to staff you need to show the purpose to Teachers - What’s in it for me to be an e5 Teacher? Teachers need to have a deep understanding of each domain.. What teacher behaviours in each phase look like in a classroom before they can place themselves in a profile statement level e5 Instructional Model
