The Walt Disney World Resort Component

Academic Training at The Walt Disney World Resort Academic Training for hours per week (paid) in assigned roles, plus the two FSU courses that meet monthly, and ongoing program support from both the Walt Disney World Resort and Florida State University.

Academic Training at The Walt Disney World Resort Possible Roles: –Hospitality (front desk) –Concierge –Costuming –Lifeguard –Character Performer –Rotation (2 of these 3) –Merchandise –Operations –Attractions –Quick Service Food & Beverage –Full Service Restaurant-Host

Eligibility At least in second year 18 years of age or older Good academic standing at your home institution with a minimum of 5.0 on the IELTS (550 on the TOEIC). Pass an oral interview with a Disney recruiter

Included in Program Fee $4,600 Room and board at FSU Group pick-up at airport upon arrival 12 hours of FSU credit for course work and academic training Transportation from Tallahassee to Orlando by charter bus Textbook and materials for FSU course Social and cultural activities Bed linens, pillow and towels FSU Student ID Card Ongoing support by FSU staff for duration of program at the Walt Disney World Resort International Student Health Insurance meeting the Florida Board of Governors requirements (for non-US passport holders only) Roundtrip Airfare to US J-1 Student Visa application fee and SEVIS fee Expenses, including Housing Programs fee, book and course materials for optional Disney course Not Included in Program Fee
