Weeks 6-10 Activities During re-fill of TP chiller two existing TP fan cooling coils found to be leaking glycol Leaking cooling coils removed and new units ordered Continue TP dehumidifier repairs & upgrades Reconfigure SR-3 exhaust ventilation duct work Installation of new DP dehumidifier condenser unit Horn 2 RAW system upgrades Borascope & leak test heat exchangers on Horn 1 & 2 and Decay Pipe. Corrosion & leaks found. Order new heat exchanges for all three units

Weeks 6-10 Activities Install Target Hall equipment for remote handling ops Horn 1 RAW system upgrade Move Target & Horn 1 from chase to morgue Move Horn 2 from chase to work cell Repair Decay Pipe dehumidifiers 4 & 5 Upstream Decay Pipe RAW system upgrade Install Target Hall rail system

Weeks 6-10 Activities Horn 2 relocation to ME position Remove shielding blocks Cut out & remove welded sheet metal air dam Survey & reference void face points of US and DS Blue Blocks Reinstall the 3 blue blocks and 2 floor shielding blocks in the ME void Move 8 blue blocks coffins from MI65 to PW6 Complete drafting for new US & DS blue blocks Start fabrication of new US & DS blue blocks at MAB

Moving Forward Now through October 30 th Start up Target Pile fan & chase dehumidification Install new heat exchangers on Horn 1&2 and Decay Pipe RAW skids Complete Absorber RAW upgrades Start up RAW skids NoVA Target & Horn 1 ready for installation Install five new multi-wires in NuMI beamline November 1 st through February 1 st Install new Target & Horn 1 Start up all support systems
