Post course documents, conduct tests and quizzes, present sequenced content, post syllabi and assignments, manage a course calendar, engage in on-line discussions and chat, construct group edited documents, and much more. Individual learners and instructors use the electronic portfolio system as a repository to store and organize digital evidence of teaching and learning. Instructors can use the system to design guided reflective processes which help learners integrate and enhance what they have learned. Administrators use the enterprise electronic portfolio system as a data-driven decision making and reporting tool. Tools for individual and group collaboration spaces provides the flexibility to support virtually any form of group collaboration. Administrators, faculty, and students can collaboratively work on and share documents, communicate ideas and key dates, use mailing lists, participate in group discussions, and more.
