Presentation transcript:

0% Feed all the possible information about the business and products to them, take care and do most of the talking for them – they still can’t do that! = New-borns

3% Don’t kill that curiosity. Help with everything they need, show everything step-by-step, let them know you’re here to support them and teach them, let them try to talk with prospects with your supervision. = Curiosity Age

6% Trainings, seminars, reading material and CDs. Give the best possible information about network marketing for them. = Learning Age

9% Kids want to prove how independent they are and they might think they don’t need your help. But be by their side, encourage them to do new things, try everything and always help if they need that. = Independence Age

12% They might fight you, argue with you – they know everything better. At this level most distributors think they are experienced enough to sponsor you. Listen to them – their ideas won’t be bad ones but always encourage them to follow proven system, rather than inventing new wheel. = Rebel Age

15% It is important that your ‘child’ learns how to take care of the other team member. It they were forwarding their down- line to you till now, it is the best time now to make sure they learn how to sponsor and look after their own team. = Responsibility Age

18% Finally all the teenager’s silly thoughts are gone. A distributor at this age has seen enough in order to avoid repeating mistakes. Send him/her from home to try some real life. In other words – push them from their comfort zones, so they will want to achieve more! = Grown Up

21% Let your team members be their own teams’ leaders. Now they have so much experience, and they can share it with their own team. They can truly be independent now, arranging meetings, trainings for their team. = Adulthood

Pearl Orchid Your children just became parents and we’ll be looking after their own kids. Become a good grandparent, sometimes helping to look after their kids, sharing your experience stories with them. = Parenthood

OTHER Orchid Levels – you’ve done great job raising your child as a leader. You’ll always be his/her sponsor and their will always appreciate your help, encouragement and support.
