© Cumbernauld College 19 European Experience (5) Cumbernauld College are in partnership with 9 organisations from 6 European Union countries titled “Development of Quality Assurance Systems for Practical Training in VET Institutes” funded under the Leonardo da Vinci Community Initiative Pilot Projects. The project is being led by the Vilnius Builders Training Centre in Lithuania and has partners from further and higher education institutes and Vocational Education and Training Institutions (VET) from Germany (2), Italy, Sweden, Spain, Lithuania (3) and Scotland. The main aim of the project is to develop the quality assurance system for practical training in a VET institution, based on self-assessment, using innovative methods and tools.
