Receiving your order  When your parcels are collected from National Library, by the CourierPost driver, an automatic will be sent to you advising the tracking number  By going to you are able to track the movement of your parcel to youwww.courierpost.co.nz  If you are in an urban area your parcel will be delivered the next day typically between 9am and 3pm by CourierPost  If your school is rural it will take 2-3 days and be delivered by the New Zealand Post rural agent  If there are any issues with your parcel arriving please call

Sending your books back  Your school needs to have an account set up with CourierPost. If you already have an account, or wish to set up a new one, with ‘Service to Schools’ in the subject  Set up your account 2 weeks before you want to return books  We will advise you of your account number and this will be used to order courier tickets  Before you send your books back you will need to purchase books of prepaid tickets  There are two types of tickets — one for boxes up to 15kg and one for boxes 15–25kg  The cost of these tickets is: –25kg non-signature $9.12 –15kg non-signature $6.12

 You can arrange for your books to be collected by going to  You are able to use the tickets for any parcel you wish to send as long as they are used within the maximum weight and only within your island. They cannot be used to send between the North and South Island  Extra books of tickets can be purchased by calling Sending your books back
