Final words Two major challenges for VLab: 1. To ensure the funding of the VLab Technical Support Officer; 2. To aid the CoEs in achieving the agreed expectations, whilst the number of personnel available in their Centres is often not adequate to meet the scope of training activities required in their respective area of responsibility.
