Minority-Serving and Under- Resourced School Division Unit was created in response to a series of Presidential Executive Orders Provide assistance to strengthen the administrative capabilities of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, Tribally- Controlled Colleges, Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian-Serving Institutions, and Predominately Black Institutions. 2
