Our animal is gold and green. It has a white belly. The adult bass weighs 1 to 4 pounds. The Large Mouth Bass can grow up to 2 feet.

The mother can lay up to 4,000 eggs in a nest.The babies are called friy.

Large Mouth Bass live in ponds,lakes,and slow sluggish streams.

Large Mouth Bass eats carps,minnows,and a couple other fish. It catches it’s prey by hiding behined sea weed and strikes out at it’s prey.

It’s predators humans.

Large Mouth Bass blend in with sea weed.

Usually in the wild it lives up to 15 years. But the oldest in the wild is 23 years. If you catch it is usually 6 years old. But the oldest if you catch it is 11 years.

We like the Large Mouth Bass because they are big, gold, and it can blend in with stuff so other fish can’t see it. The End
