Small Town Service ~ Community Stewardship ~ Future Focus Actions (Approval) If the Town Council decides to approve and/or modify the proposed project, the Town Council may: 1.Accept the report of the Planning Commission’s recommendations in the form of meeting minutes (Attachment 7) (no motion required). 2.Adopt the CEQA Findings of Fact (Exhibit 5 of Attachment 4), certify of the Environmental Impact Report (Attachments 1 and 2) including the Errata sheets (Attachment 10), adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment 3), and adopt the Resolution certifying the environmental document (Attachment 11) (motion required). 3.Make the required findings supporting the zone change (Exhibit 6 of Attachment 4) and approve the Planned Development application subject to the performance standards and development plans included in the Planned Development Ordinance (Exhibit 13 of Attachment 4), or as otherwise modified by the Town Council (motion required).
