The purpose for collecting this information is for program oversight, evaluation, and assessment.

The grantee organization should maintain data collection and reporting systems that meet the performance reporting required by DOL.

eta EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR Grants E-Management System (GEMS) GEMS is ETA’s grants management system used by over 200 FPOs to manage almost 2,400 projects. The FPOs use the Web-based application to document grantee performance.
