Definitions Of Career Planning Career planning can be defined as the process by which one to choose career goals and career paths to achieve these goals. As a process that aims to adjust the career goals and the ability of individuals with an opportunity to fill it systematically.

The stages of one's career can be classified into five stages: GROWTH (under 15 years old) ASSESSMENT (15-24 years old) STABILIZATION (25-44 years old) MAINTENANCE (45-65 years old) SETBACKS (after 65 years old)
