 PROJECT ASSESSMENT TOOL ◦ INITIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ◦ COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ◦ COMPACT DEVELOPMENT ◦ ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIVE DESIGN ◦ SAFE PLACES & HEALTH LIVING  SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES FUND $20 MILLION COMMITMENT FROM RDF AND LISC

Since July, 2011 the Sustainable Communities Fund (SCF) has provided:  $6.5 million of loan funds for over 670 affordable, workforce and market rate housing units connected to the light rail corridor  This loan capital is leveraging over $75 million in additional financing  $3 million of loan funds for a community health center connected to the light rail corridor
