Lab 8 No Wheels Allowed

Challenge! Build a mobile robot capable of: – Moving around! – Crossing a hurdle without touching it!

Hurdle? Wheels won’t cut it here – Although if you are sufficiently clever they probably could, but don’t do it! So you’ll need to try something else!

Demo- Mobility For demo day, we would like you to: – Maneuver through a predetermined course to demonstrate mobility. – Robots capable of sidestepping instead of turning will receive some bonus. – The course is pretty wide (18”), and not too long.

The course:

Demo- Hurdle Cross over the 1” hurdle without touching it. Hurdles of height 2” and ½” are available for more and less points, respectively. Robot must start >1” away from hurdle.
