Software Development 19th CrossCal Meeting April 2-4, 2014 ESRIN, Frascati, Italy Production of COR switched to Mac. Comparison of 5 months of Mac and UNIX files showed small time errors (UNIX ran an old TED) Max time difference ~1ms  Negligible – max time resolution 250ms. Azimuth errors 0.1°  Negligible – max angular resolution 22.5° Polar angle and ACF zero lag values identical!

Comparison of 5 months of Mac and UNIX files  Identical Planning to switch UT PIOR to Mac (UNIX is still the home of WEC planning activities) Double Star Keith has requested a copy of the source code to extract parameters from PEACE data sets.

CORR – Buckley listed as first contact EXP – Alleyne listed as PI CAA was using OLD versions of the header files ! The current set of CORR and EXP headers were redelivered.

Problems 19th CrossCal Meeting April 2-4, 2014 ESRIN, Frascati, Italy Delivery. CORR files slightly behind schedule. Waiting for delivery of FGM 5VPS data files. Had some difficulties accessing (ssh, scp) dwp account. Now solved. (Someone moved CAA6 ?) Production Problems with obtaining science parameters from PEACE Affects period May 2013 onwards. A solution has been implemented. FGM redelivery at beginning of March – all data ?

Action Items 19th CrossCal Meeting April 2-4, 2014 ESRIN, Frascati, Italy OR7-R03 The board recommends that instrument teams provide information regarding special operations, including their description and time on operation. Response This list is being compiled. OR8-R14 All instrument teams should ensure that their user guides contain a detailed description and time-line of instrument operations and failures. Response We are currently collecting this information together. OR8-R15 The board recommends that all teams investigate data quality at mode changes and instrument switch-on or switch-off. Response We are currently looking into this aspect of operations. It is dependent upon PEACE HEEA sensor.
