 Draw or find a diagram of how communication works, include:- ◦ sender, ◦ receiver, ◦ message, ◦ medium, ◦ feedback

 Go to BBC Bitesize ◦ Click on “GCSE” ◦ Click on “Business Studies” ◦ Click on “People in Business” ◦ Click on “Revise” next to “Communication”  Add notes from the website to your “Communication” document, then do the “Test”.  When you have 10 out of 10 print screen the correct answers.
