Poly-Unsaturated Fats Poly unsaturated fats can decrease cholesterol levels, they can also decrease the percentage of healthy HDL cholesterol. They come from plant seeds and are liquid at room temperature Found in safflower oil and corn oil
Bad Fats - Saturated Fats Saturated fats and hydrogenated fats are unhealthy because they can clog arteries and elevate cholesterol levels. They are found in animal foods, such as butter, margarine, and meat.
