Healthy Food  A nutritious, well-balanced diet – along with physical activity and refraining from smoking – is the foundation of good health.  Healthy eating includes consuming high-quality proteins, carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and water in the foods  It also includes minimizing processed foods, saturated fats and alcohol.  Eating in this manner helps you maintain your body’s everyday functions, promotes optimal body weight and can assist in disease prevention.

What are calories A calorie is a unit of measurement — but it doesn't measure weight or length. A calorie is a unit of energy. When you hear something contains 100 calories, it's a way of describing how much energy your body could get from eating or drinking it.

Nutrition  What is Nutrition? Simply said, Nutrition is the study of food at work in our bodies, our source for energy, and the medium for which our nutrients can function.  Think of nutrition as the building blocks of life.  The absorption of nutrients starts the moment we begin to digest our foods, as they are transported to assist all the metabolic processes in the human body.

Un healthy Food Un healthy food is not good for your body. Here is a list of them:  Chips  Nutella  Chocolates  Toffee  Fruity chew  Chocolate pretzels
