ENGINEERING ADVENTUREwww.BLOODHOUNDSSC.com VEX Robotics Workshop

ENGINEERING ADVENTUREwww.BLOODHOUNDSSC.com The Mission To programme your VEX robot to navigate from the base camp across the Hakskeen Pan to the turnaround point. You will then need to take out the used rocket from BLOODHOUND SSC and replace it with a new one. Once BLOODHOUND SSC has completed it’s return run your VEX robot will navigate back to base camp, completing the mission.

ENGINEERING ADVENTUREwww.BLOODHOUNDSSC.com Rules -12 students per team. -The entire mission must be completed by programming your VEX robot, no human interference once the mission has begun.

ENGINEERING ADVENTUREwww.BLOODHOUNDSSC.com Programing Controls You will use the graphical language (i.e. instructions such as forward 1 second at 50% power rather than writing in programming code). You will need to use clauses such as ‘while’ and ‘if’ when programming your robot, not just simple instructions. For further assistance with the graphical language see the VEX IQ user guide.
