 Most of the work has been accomplished based on the documents provided  The San Juan County Mitigation website has posted current information on the plan’s status  BSV is identifying gaps in information  Data is being incorporated into draft document  BSV will conduct further discussions with jurisdictions as needed  BSV is working with project manager to set up public meetings to incorporate the public

What we have requested: ◦ Changes in demographics ◦ Commercial and other large development projects (subdivisions) ◦ Newly completed plans such as CWPP and Comprehensive Plans ◦ Changes to zoning, building or environmental regulations

◦ Any additional critical facilities ◦ Mitigation type projects completed- i.e. flood plan mapping, flood infrastructure, vegetation management projects ◦ Disaster events- Fire, flooding event etc. since March 2012 ◦ Complete form

 Goals and Objectives ◦ Will use those identified in the last planning meetings  Implementation and monitoring of the plan ◦ Will use those identified in the last planning meeting

 Presentation of the Draft Hazard Mitigation Plan. ◦ Post the draft plan on the San Juan County website for review and comments. ◦ Send s to local government and agencies  Public Meeting(s). A meeting for the public to review and comment on the plan.  Final Presentation. Presentation of the final plan document to local government officials and citizens.
