Session II Undertaking an EnTA

Key Objectives of Session The following sessions are designed to familiarise you with the EnTA methodology, and with the worksheets that facilitate completion of an EnTA. By the end of these sessions you will have an understanding of the EnTA process and requirements of the EnTA Workbook.

The EnTA Process

EnTA Preparation Establish the goals of the assessment, along with identification of the ways these goals will be achieved. Secure the commitment of key players in the assessment. Identify the resources (financial, human, technical etc) that are available to the assessment team.
