Main production I. Steel structures manufacturing Manufacturing of metal structures directly on the area of the shop: - Area of the shop– 5200 sq.m. The maximum possible dimensions of manufactured metal structures: the maximum height and width (the lumen of the gate) - 6,0x6,0 m. The maximum length of the working area of - 24 m. Crane equipment of the shop accounts 8 overhead cranes of 10 tons each. Metalwork capacity performance of the shop is on average thousand tons per year.

Steel structures manufacturing JSC “Janubsanoatmontaj” has a huge fleet of metalworking equipment: -vertical drilling machines; -radial drilling machines; -edge-planning machine; -cutting machines; -mechanical guillotine shears are designed for direct longitudinal and transverse cutting sheet metal up to 30mm;

Main production I. Steel structures manufacturing – Hydraulic bending press for making different parts from sheet and strips by cold bending in universal V- shaped die. In special dies can be performed radial bending, stamping, punching holes and slots. The press is equipped with a slide stroke adjusting mechanism for precise stop of the slide at the end of the bend, which allows to obtain parts with different bend angles; – Gas-cutting machine for cutting workpieces made of carbon steel and etc.. – In the welding production semi-automatic and automatic welding machines with capacity of welding a ferrous metal with maximum -100 mm thickness and stainless steel with maximum mm thickness is widely used.

Main production I. Steel structures manufacturing – Bending machine with 3 and 4 mechanically driven rollers designed for bending cylindrical shells of sheet material in a cold state. On machines it can be bended conical shells of steel sheet material, angle iron, pipes, channels. – In the workshop of metal structures steel structures of any type of complexity, various types of non-standard capacitive equipment such as black, and stainless steels can be manufactured. – On the open area of with plant area of 12 thousand sq.m. there are 8 gantry cranes, 2 tower cranes with lifting capacity of 10 tons and 32 tons. Moreover, there are different stands for the assembly of large metal structures and non- standard storage equipment.

Main production II. Pipes and plumbing systems manufacturing Area of the shop – 3000 sq.m. The outdoor area of 4500 sq.m. has 2 gantry cranes of 10 tons. Manufacturing equipment of pipe assembling shop can perform the following tasks: production of piping elements; production of shaped parts of pipelines; assembly process of the pipeline units;

Main production II. Pipes and plumbing systems manufacturing There is equipment for bending pipe in a cold state with a diameter up to 50 mm, and electrical heating of high frequency. Machine tools for bending pipes with electrical heating high-frequency currents (HFC). It is designed for bending pipes with an outer diameter of 50 to 350 mm, and consists of two parts - a mechanical and electrical. The mechanical part - is actually a machine for bending pipes; in the electrical part of the machine consists of electric and heating installation for high-frequency currents.

Main production III. Manufacturing of ventilation systems Area of the shop– 1300 sq.m. The shop produces all types of ventilation systems, has a fairly large fleet of machine tools for the manufacture of air ducts, fittings of ventilation, aspiration, air conditioning, and assembles non-standard ventilation equipment. The machine park of the ventilation shop consists of: -bending machines; -fold; -cutting machines; -Machines for punching. Production capacity of shop is 24 thousand sq.m. of ventilation systems per year.

Main production IV. Department of Chief Mechanic Area of the shop– 950 sq.m. The department has the following machines: -screw-cutting lathe; -boring machine; -milling machine; -drilling machine; -shaving machine; -grinder.

Quality control Comprehensive quality control in the company is carried out by the group of Quality control department. Engineering support of production is carried out by specialized designing department equipped with advanced CAD systems, which develops advanced technological processes of manufacturing of parts and components of metal billets prior to assembly of the manufactured equipment. On the territory of the enterprise there is a warehouse for the storage of metal rolling with total area of 5500 sq.m.

Quality control The JSC "Janubsanoatmontaj" has an accredited testing laboratory. Certificate of Accreditation №Uz.AMT.07.MAI. 730 from August 3 rd, The test laboratory is equipped with a sufficient number of measuring instruments for ultrasonic and gammacontrol welds determining thickness of the metal, its hardness, impact strength, determination of radiation and others. The laboratory carries out training and certification of welders and fitters.

Market and competition The cost of finished products in the JSC “Janubsanoatmontaj" is determined by the market (contract) price. Calculating the cost of the finished product is carried out by calculation, and agreed with the customer. In the region, services of the JSC “Janubsanoatmontaj" services are used by industrial and water organizations. Currently, JSC “Janubsanoatmontaj" manufactures products for industrial facilities SE Navoi mining and metallurgical combinat as well as major construction projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan such as: -reconstruction and expansion of Kizilkum phosphorite plant; -reconstruction and expansion of facilities Navoi mining and metallurgical combinat; -water facilities for inter-operational control of the main canal "Amu-Bukhara"; -construction of facilities throughout the region.

Market and competition In terms of manufacturing of steel structures and non- standard equipment in Central Asian region the Navoi Machine Building Plant, where the cost of finished product is much higher than in JSC “Janubsanoatmontaj” up to 15-20%, is the only competitor of the enterprise. The JSC “Janubsanoatmontaj" is superior in quality and terms of production of metal and non-standard structures because of comprehensive quality control in the company carried out by a group of Quality control department on regular base
