The banking foundations have, by statute, the obligation to make capital investment in cultural projects. 3. The foundation Tercas was invited to participate actively in a specific project, in particular the redevelopment of the archaeological Roman theater. After attending technical meetings was drawn up a Memorandum of Understanding and formed a technical committee for the rehabilitation and upgrading of the Roman theater among the Municipality of Teramo, Abruzzo Region, Province of Teramo, Ministry of Cultural and environmental heritage (MiBAC) and Tercas Foundation. Currently, the Foundation has commissioned the University La Sapienza in Rome to prepare a feasibility study for the project that should be delivered to the Municipality in the coming months.
