Les festivals Acadien One of the festivals that they celebrate is le Festival de l’Escaouette. It is a celebration of Acadian culture and history. They have musicals and comedies put on by local performers. There is also lots of live music. Another festival is the Celtic Colours which celebrates the food and music of the Acadian culture.

She sings mostly in English and French but also sings in Spanish, Italian, German, Latin, Japanese, and Mandarin. Jean Beliveau was an NHL all star on and off the ice. He is a famous Acadian athlete who jersey number was 4 and played for the Montreal Canadiens. He was nicknamed after a popular french song called “Le Gros Bill”. Jean Beliveau was born in Trois Rivières Quebec and played on 10 Stanley cup winning team. His created hockey career as a strong skater, they say “it was hard for him to slow down”.
