WELCOME

Mr. Kamrul is a teacher. He is never late to enter the classroom. He is very careful to teach his students. He always wants to keep the students busy in the class. He always tries to make the lesson easy and interesting for the students. Every student is keen to learn from him. He is a good teacher. His students are very happy to find such a teacher like him.

Gani Mia is a poor farmer. He has a few plots of land. He has two cows to cultivate his lands. He has a small house to live in. He works hard to grow crops. He has two daughters. He has none to help him. It is very difficult for him to maintain his family.

Infinitive Simple or Noun Infinitive Gerundial or Qualifying Infinitive

To swim is good for health. Subject I like to write a letter. Object The woman is about to die. Object of Preposition He seems to be tired. Complement Simple or Noun Infinitive does the function of a noun. It is used as the subject of a verb, object of a verb or preposition, complement of verb etc.

Gerundial or Qualifying Infinitive This is a house to live in. My friend came to see me. Adjective Adverb Gerundial or Qualifying Infinitive does the function of adjective and adverb.

Bare Infinitive Infinitive without ‘to’ bare Infinitives are used after the following verbs in Active Voice. Make, dare, need, see, behold, watch, hear, please, let, bid, know 1.
