Staffing o Set clear priorities to maintain quality of work o Acknowledge limitations and constraints o Balance workload/timelines with limited resources o Support staff development/training o Provide incentives for extraordinary achievements and qualifications. o Allow flexibility Doing good work should not just lead to a bigger workload Resource Management Recommendations

Funding o Divisions relying on general fund need secure baseline funding o Current reliance on bond funding is not sustainable o Avoid duplication of efforts to increase efficiency  Improved communication between Divisions or Offices may reduce duplication o Continue improving budget planning and bond accountability processes Resource Management Recommendations
