Physical Health Some examples of physical health would be exercising without getting very tired, having good muscle tone and being in good shape. Physical health is described as being the soundness of the body, freedom from disease and abnormality and the condition of optimal well-being. Physical activity has many advantages including strengthening your heart and lungs, reducing stress and increasing your energy levels.

Intellectual Health Intellectual health is academic knowledge, creativity, and common sense. Just as exercising effects physical health it also effects intellectual health. It is proven that exercising stimulates your brain, which helps you to obtain more knowledge. To read more on this visit html html Intellectual health is very important in life as it can help you to do well in school, get better jobs and develop better relationships.

Emotional Health Emotional health is a part of our overall health concerned with the way we think and feel. It refers to our sense of well being and our ability to cope with life’s events. Good emotional health is important in school, work, sports and home life. Young people with poor emotional health are two to three times more likely to experience depressive symptoms.

Spiritual Health Spiritual health refers to our values, our beliefs, and our purpose in life. Good spiritual health is much more important than physical health, as spiritual health lasts forever, and physical health is only temporary. The following verses describe spiritual health. “For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!” Rom.5:10 “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Gal. 2:20

Social Health Social health is described as having support available from both family and friends. Some examples of being socially healthy are getting along with people, making friends, keeping friends, and being a trustworthy person. People benefit from being socially healthy for many reasons. Some of those reasons are as follows. Having more friends, relieving stress by having fun, and preventing stress by getting along with people instead of fighting with them.
