Relocation and Demolition  Pasco County will demolish substandard structures as a grant in neighborhood  A new Housing Replacement Program will soon be unveiled with County funds and funds from another source

Site Acquisitions  The County will continue to work with housing not-for-profit agencies in purchasing properties for housing rehabilitation and construction

Site Designs, Structure Types, and Accessibility  All new homes built will be designed with Lacoochee and Trilby’s historic nature in mind  Funding Set Aside in Grant for Design Criteria and Architectural Plan

Housing Mix  Enhance the units owned by the Housing Authority  Stabilize and increase the amount of homeownership in neighborhood  Look at property owned by and adjoining Housing Authority units for possible new rental development

Partners  Existing Partnerships:  Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco  Workforce Housing Ventures, Inc.  Consider expanding partnerships to increase rehabilitation and construction activities

Phasing Plan – Single Family  Accept Applications for Housing Preservation Grant  Develop Replacement Program  Develop Housing Strategy with Agencies
