Introduced new item “included facilities if any” – For each dwelling type – Data-collectors would specify “missing features” Removed: Villa, Structural age New “specify”: AC/Central heating – AC/Central heating shares are now asked under “share-questionnaire” Specify details – Annual average rent per; average dwelling size; average share of units with AC/central heating Rental item list

Detailed Suggestions (II) Originally there was one share (by dwelling type), now two more are added for analysis and validation – Shares by Area (Urban/Rural) – Shares by AC/Central heating More harmonized and clarified questionnaire Removed overlapping criteria Clarified reporting units: “Total” Unified area unit of measure: as “Square meters” Shares Questionnaire Volume Questionnaire
