Results of Client Satisfaction Survey  90% rated the benefit of their nurses visits as excellent  100% rated the relationship with their nurse as excellent  98% indicated the Programme had encouraged them to make positive changes in their lives, e.g. health; relationships; behaviours; prioritising the needs of their baby  with 60% reporting changes demonstrated in their partners or wider family

Other Comments  “The team and programme do not judge you but support you and help you make the right decisions.”  “I have calmed down my behaviour and my diet is a lot healthier.”  “[We are] more confident with our baby.”  “….I have been lucky and I think the programme should be available to all young parents.”  “My partner has changed - he helps me a lot more with my baby and understands me more.”  “…I look forward to my visits, I love it.”
