Importance for RFR and IMF members  Accelerated growth of microfinance in the Ecuador since  Challenges for MFIS in innovation and quality of products and services according to its market.  Target market expansion maintaining its mission and vision.  Adaptation of MFIS to new regulatory environment which demands the mandatory to present the social balance in its reports for management.  Requirements from investors and donors.  Overindebtedness risk.

Conclusions  RFR allows MFI to specify their own specific social goals.  RFR allows MFI to track client experiences for better understand the needs of each person and design products and services according to these needs (client satisfaction social + mission goals + financial results).  RFR system allows to manage MFI social information directly from MFI database, controling quality and eliminating data errors. Low costs, grate results.
