Problem Only injury or death accidents reported Near-miss incidents not reported Solution Cincinnati Fire Department Near-Miss Incident Reporting System

The system will: Allow Cincinnati Fire Department personnel to anonymously enter near-miss incidents Alert only Health Committee members when a near-miss incident has been submitted Allow only Health Committee members to login and view the un-edited near-miss incidents, edit the near-miss incidents, and publish the edited near- miss incidents Allow the published near-miss incidents to be viewed, searched, and reported on by anyone Allow anyone to save, , and print reports that have been run on the published near-miss incidents
