Most UK employees don’t believe that their employer cares about their wellbeing. So what ?

It’s costing employers and the UK economy a lot of money….. 15 million absence days attributed to mental ill health Low productivity caused by ‘presenteeism is costing the economy £15.1 billion per annum Absenteeism costs the economy £8.4 billion Long term illness is costing the private sector £4.17 billion

In 2014 we told our employees that we care

And we’re already starting to see the benefits 100’s of our employees are trying to improve their lifestyle choices through better nutrition, increasing their physical activity or giving up smoking Line managers are being trained to better support those experiencing stress and/or poor mental health People report that they feel more cared about as individuals Employee Engagement scores have increased by 5% year on year Our absence levels have reduced resulting in a saving of over £330k
