Jews for Jesus

It sounds like Vegetarians for Meat!!!

Mission Statement  We exist to make the Messiahship of Jesus an unavoidable issue to the Jewish people worldwide

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.  (ESV)

I am speaking the truth in Christ--I am not lying; my conscience bears me witness in the Holy Spirit-- that I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh.  (ESV) Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved.  (ESV)

Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you--unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.  (1Co 15:1-8 ESV) 

Isaiah 52:13 – 53 Jeremiah 31:31-34 Daniel 9:20-27

Verse 31: God decides to “Karat” (to cut) a New Covenant with Israel Verse 32: Not the Torah - Mosaic Covenant. Why? Because we broke it. Verse 33: this covenant mean law within. We WILL be his people. Verse 34:  All in the New Covenant will “know God”  The least to the greatest (it is not about you!)  How is this done?  Forgiveness of sins - Atonement!

A new covenant is “cut” in which all receive the forgiveness and become God’s people.

Isaiah: a man, divine, who suffers and dies to take away sins and is rejected by Israel. Daniel: Messiah is “cut” for the end of sin before the destruction of the second temple

Dead Sea Scrolls  A copy of the Bible dating BCE  Daniel is doubted due to it’s precise description of the advent of Messiah…  4Q114 is a copy of Daniel 10 dating to 100BCE.

Find anyone who fulfills those criteria that is not Jesus and I will believe in him instead…
